The Harada Method is a goal-setting and achievement framework developed by Japanese educator Takashi Harada. It uses a unique 9×9 grid (81 squares) to break down your primary goal into actionable steps:
- 1 Central Goal: Your main objective in the center
- 8 Sub-Goals: Key areas surrounding your main goal
- 64 Action Items: Specific tasks for each sub-goal (8 per sub-goal)
